Bangladeshi Traditional Food Part-1:Vapa Pitha (Steamed Pitha)

Vapa Pitha or (Steamed Pitha) is the Most Popular Bangladeshi and Indian(kolkata) Winter Food.

It is the most love-able and the most beautiful Pitha on Winter Season on Bangladesh.It generally cooked in early in the morning because in deep fogs it taste become more tasty.

It usually made by bengali women in deep foggy morning which is so freezing and in this condition eating of this pitha more delicious.
  


 It is one of the best food in Bangladesh if you are wanna visit Bangladesh then you keep mind this pitha's name.It is mainly Sweet pitha.


What is it made by:

                                1.Steamed Rice flour
                                2.Sweet( Gur )
                                3.Coconut Slice
                                4.Water for boiling
                                5.Net Clothes

It is Very Popular Throwout Bangladesh and India,Pakistan.Paratha is Mixer of the words parat and atta which generally  means layers of cooked dough. Alternative spellings and names include  forota , parauntha, prontha, parontay, porota , palata in Burma, and farata.

First Step:
                 You Should Collect This: Intrigrends should be measured in cup=250 ml

                                1# 2 cup whole wheat flour(atta).
                                2#1or 2 spoon of ghee( Clarified butter made from the milk of a buffalo or cow, used in South Asian cooking).
                                 3#1/2 spoon salt required.
                                 4#Water is as your eye 
                                  5#Oil is required
2nd Step:
              1.You should do the dough with  Flour,Water,Oil and Salt
              2.kept them 30 minutes.
3rd Step:
              1.You should make a simple rotti
              2.Fry it on oil with Ghee.
              3.Fry it untill it become brown.
Last step:
              1.Serve this with your own creative idea it could be the best for you

Fuchka is very much known streetfood in Bangladesh an India.

Panipuri (Fuchka) (About this particular seem pānīpūrī ) is really a popular streetfood within various areas from the Indian native subcontinent. Within Eastern Indian, this is called Phuchhka during Northern Indian, it's known as Golgappa. This is made up of the circular, hollowed out puri, toast crispy as well as stuffed having a blend associated with flavoured drinking water (pani), tamarind chutney, soup, chaat masala, spud, red onion as well as chickpeas.


 It is Usually Served by the shop owner himself.he is very much trained about it and very much speedy on it.
